In the [checkout action](https://github.com/actions/checkout) you can specify that you want a full checkout instead of sparse. ``` # Specifies whether to use cone-mode when doing a sparse checkout. # Default: true sparse-checkout-cone-mode: '' ``` This will let you checkout the workflow-triggering SHA and get its full history.
