seems sensible to me, I would expect that no api call should block for more
than the defaultApiTimeout unless it takes a timeout as parameter, but I would
probably suggest we do that separately, what do you think? Just to have the
time to think about it and validate the change (unsubscribe is a lot more
complicated, leaved group, executes callbacks, ...)
