We are going to drop zk support. However, our new test infra are not flexible
as zk broker test infra. For example, new test infra does not support SASL
(KAFKA-16680). Also, it lacks of some useful helper methods.
We must enhance new test infra to make it be a more powerful replacement to zk
test infra.
