* do we also define any defaults for these two configs?
* there is no ticket for deprecating the remote.log.manager.thread.pool.size.
Shall we do it in the same ticket?
* these configs would be defined in RemoteLogManagerConfig I understand
similar to remote.log.manager.thread.pool.size?
