What about moving `KRaftConfig` to raft module? and we can moving all configs from `RaftConfig` to `KRaftConfig`. With those changes, all raft-related configs are in `KRaftConfig`. `RaftConfig` can be a POJO. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
