Description:
Access to *OffsetStorageWriter#toFlush* is not synchronized in *doFlush()*
method, whereas this collection can be accessed from 2 different threads:
- *WorkerSourceTask.execute()*, finally block
- *SourceTaskOffsetCommitter*, from periodic flushing task
