Hi All I'm experiencing problems with the acquire text feature in Word97 using omnipage pro v9.0 with a Umax 1220U USB scanner. If I use the acquire text option in the Word file menu, the page on the scanner is scanned into Word ok, but once this has been done, I have to use alt+tab to bring focus back to the Word document in order to read the text. If there are a number of pages to scan, this gets quite annoying. Can anyone suggest a solution to this little gliche? Any suggestions gratefully received!
