Hi,
I have configured the triggers and user profiles as told in the manual but I'm
not receiving the emails. I'm using JFFNMS 0.8.3 with Debian 2.6.18-6-686
(Apache2 & PHP5).
ACTION DEFINITION:
2 Send Mail email
from:nms,to:<profile-email>,subject:NMS
from:From,subject:Subject,comment:Comment
TRIGGERS:
4 Company Interfaces Match Alarms
TRIGGER RULES:
4 10 if Host is Equal to OKI
C5100 Company Office <blank> <blank>
Continue And
5 20 if Type is Equal to
Interface Protocol then send mail
From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Stop trigger And
Subject: Test
Comment: Tests
USER PROFILE:
...
eMail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
...
USER TRIGGERS:
Company Interfaces X (Check as Active)
I put on the debug option in the configuration and I get this in the triggers
log file after I unplug the network cable from the printer (OKI C5100):
21:21:02 alarm 44: T 4 - P 10 - R 4 If 'interface_host(6) = 6' (1)
21:21:02 alarm 44: T4 - P 20 - R 5 If 'type(3) = 3' (1) Then email (1) Stop
I think the trigger is trying to sent the email but I don't know how to debug
the email sent. I create another user and add the Company Interfaces trigger
for him. Then I unplug the network cable again and I have the same log entry
but instead of the (1) after "Then email" I have (1,1).
