I lowered it to 40 , and I still have the same errors, after a few days of
monitoring it hangs. Any ideas ?

Hmm, something is hanging up a shell script that the poller is using, as
it is a child process of the poller. 75 child pollers seems an awful
lot, maybe you have hit some sort of limit?
