The readme document that I am refering to can be found
by using this URL as a starting point:

http://portals.apache.org/download.html

Then click on "Apache Mirror System" in the "Releases:
Binary And Source Distributions" section.

Then pick a mirror, then click on portals, then click
jetspeed-2, then click "JETSPEED-2.0-M1-README.txt".

Or follow this URL
"http://www.axint.net/apache/portals/jetspeed-2/JETSPEED-2.0-M1-README.txt";
