The J2-Admin portlets need to be reviewed, analyzed, and updated where
required. I could see this task being a parent task for sub-tasks. There are
two portlets CategoryPortletSelector and SecurityPermissionPortlet, which are
still dependent on a very old version of Dojo. Many other portlets were
implemented with Wicket, which may have deprecated its portlet support.
