When bootstraping a db2v9 (9.7) there are two bugs in the create-schema.sql
(db2v8) Two indexs with the same name are created this gives an error from db2,
and the create-schema is aborted:
l222: CREATE INDEX IX_FOLDER_TADATA_1 ON FOLDER_METADATA (FOLDER_ID);
l324: CREATE INDEX IX_FOLDER_TADATA_1 ON FOLDER_MENU_METADATA (MENU_ID);
Another bug of the same type
l224: CREATE UNIQUE INDEX UN_FOLDER_TADATA_1 ON FOLDER_METADATA (FOLDER_ID,
NAME, LOCALE, VALUE);
l326: CREATE UNIQUE INDEX UN_FOLDER_TADATA_1 ON FOLDER_MENU_METADATA (MENU_ID,
NAME, LOCALE, VALUE);
Fix: Rename the indexes
