Log:
Getting rid of dummy META-INF/MANIFEST.MF files which were checked in to keep
Eclipse WTP happy, but they are preventing maven from (possibly) providing a
more complete MANIFEST.MF as well as triggering the rat check concerning
missing license header.
Removed:
portals/jetspeed-2/applications/j2-admin/trunk/src/main/webapp/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
