Jetspeed demo installation fails to re-initialize the database from the command

With Jetspeed 2.2.1 the installer added choices to select between different
installation types (demo, minimal) as well as rendering ui (classic, jetui).
This works well when executed from within the installer itself.
Manually re-initialization from the command line through Ant however is broken
as the variables needed are not persisted to the database.properties
configuration file.
