Tomcat 7 by default changes sessionId on authentication without any type of
event notification, which causes the Jetspeed PortalSessionManager breaking

This issue is related to JS2-1119 where we had to fix the Tomcat 6.0.21+
behavior on this, but with Tomcat 7.x not even an additional SessionCreated
event is raised.
So, we now need to "detect" this ourselves and then "emulate" the same
behavior.
