Unable to add portlet to page using Portlet selector administrative portlet

While working with JetSpeed 2.2.1 , Classic installation, as i go to portal
selector page, add a portlet and hit "Go Back" link it throws error 404 error
and page referenced by URL
http://localhost:8080/jetspeed/portal$%7BprofiledPage%7D is not accessible.
