Resolution: Fixed
Fixed.
Also, the node types to create are configurable by preference.
For example, the page navigator portlet can have the following preference as
comma separated string value:
<preference>
<name>manageableNodeTypes</name>
<value>.psml, folder, .link</value>
</preference>
Unless the above preference is not configured, then the default values is
".psml, folder, .link", which means all those three types are creatable in the
page manager portlet.
