All new fixes for 7u40 should be pushed to the jdk7u40-dev forest once it
becomes available. I plan to update the jdk7u OpenJDK project page to indicate
that 7u40 is in stabilization phase and that jdk7u-dev is now accepting 7u60
fixes.
