I use Win. 7, JAWS 16 and Outlook 2010. For some unknown reason, messages with one specific word in the subject field are not reaching my In Box. This happens only with that one specific word, but from two different sources, none of those messages reach me.
Is there any place in Outlook 2010 where I can go to see if messages are blocked in this way? Is there any place in Outlook 2010 where messages can be blocked for any reason? Is there even a block sender's list somewhere? This is important and I do appreciate any ideas you may have on this subject. Thank you.
