Sr. E-Commerce Business Analyst 6+ Months Dallas, TX
*Job Summary:* Working independently and in a group setting, the Sr. e-Commerce Business Analyst has analytical responsibilities for assisting the company to re-platform their online properties (internal and external) to deliver stellar customer experiences. Working with minimal guidance from supervisors and peer-partners, including product managers, the Sr. Business Analyst recommends and facilitates processes related to Ecommerce (front end features and functions, back end integration of systems). The principal business outcome of this role is to identify the requirements for of robust, sustainable e-Commerce platforms that maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. *Responsibilitie*s: Serve as a process, system, and cross-functional thought leader for the rest of the e-Commerce team; go beyond essential analyses to recommend actionable, sustainable business solutions. Serve as a senior liaison between multiple functions within the e-Commerce team; provide data, analysis and recommendations based upon the business needs defined by department leaders. Document all necessary requirements as we move to a new platform. Design various business process and system modeling tools including, but not limited to, requirements, data flow diagrams, business process maps, business cases, process decomposition, and use-case scenarios. Conceptualize, document and communicate innovative, sustainable e-Commerce processes and systems to meet or exceed department and organizational objectives. Effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and work collaboratively with others across multiple intra- and inter-departmental functions and levels of responsibility. Assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex e-Commerce applications. *Minimum Education Required:* Bachelor required.
