Your database clearly contains a character which is not from the standard ISO8859-1 set (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO/IEC_8859, for example). You may have inadvertently imported something like a non-breaking space from a word processor, which is not in the ISO8859-1 character set. (The presence of an unacceptable character is what the "" bit of the error message is telling you.) But it's not clear what that character is. You will have to hunt for it by systematic deletions!
