Hi all. I am Cossio and I am a new user to JabRef. So far I like it's simplicity, but I am having trouble with internet access.
I'm trying to use JabRef's web search features, but none of them work. For example, when I use CiteSeerX web search, after entering some text and clicking on Fetch, a dialog (which seems to be where results should be displayed) pups up momentarily and vanishes immediately. In the rare instances when the dialog is visible for a couple of seconds, I can see that no results are found. Using Google Scholar results in an (inespecific) error. Using Arxiv results in a 403. I am using Ubuntu with cntlm behind an ISA proxy server. I've configured other software to communicate through cntlm and they work fine, and I've set the environment http_proxy variable to the cntlm local proxy. In JabRef, I tried setting "Use custom proxy configuration" under Network in Settings, to the cntlm local proxy and port, but also didn't work. Any ideas?
