Dear Corentin,
see the file attached. You just have to state in the jstyle file, that you
wish to format the entry, and which CHARACTER format you want:
e.g.

FormatCitations=true
CitationCharacterFormat=Test1

now you go to open/libre office and and define the CHARACTER format (not
paragraph) e.g. "Test1" -> there you can set the properties like: italic
and so on. then you can go to jabref load the jstyle file and everything
should work.
