Oliver, I've no idea what Microsoft has for anything since I've not used any of their software for more than 16 years. However, in JabRef marking uses ctrl-m and unmarking uses ctrl-shift-m so unselecting could use ctrl-shift-a and that would be consistent within the application's UI. Rich -- Richard B.
