O.K., I found the solution !!
I changed the owner in the general preferences for each user on Windows.

on the same machine
Hi,
I tried to configure a file directory specific to different users (from the
database properties window we access by right-clicking on the database tab).
It works really nice on different machine. JabRef writes two metadata in the
.bib database, something like this:
@comment{jabref-meta:
fileDirectory-FM@FrancoisMaurice:C:\\Users\\FM\\Documents\\path_to_file_folder;}
for the first machine (Windows 7 installed) and
@comment{jabref-meta:
fileDirectory-FM@toshiba:C:\\Users\\FM\\Documents\\path_to_file_folder;}
for the second machine (Windows XP installed).
FM is the user on both machines and FrancoisMaurice and toshiba the machine's
names.
But it doesn't seem to work on the same machine for diffrent user. JabRef just
overwrite the path when I change it in the database properties window after
swithching to a different user, say FM2.
Is this normal ? Is there a way make it work ?
