Hi,
Thanks I will add a feature request. But I found a way to solve it. With
inspiration
<http://blog.konradvoelkel.de/2010/06/mass-renaming-papers/>and with
help <http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1216681>, I was able
to write a script which I could run as export on all files with pdf
already linked (old bibtexkey). The script is personnalized, so it
search for _ and append for journal. I just run this file in command
line (I'm on Ubuntu).
renamer.sh
\begin{file}rename -n
's/([^_]+)_(.*)/'"\format[FormatChars]{\journal}"'_$2/'
\format[FileLink]{\file} \end{file}

Hi Mélanie,
Is it possible to rename somehow by just replacing the bibtexkey, leaving
the final part in place?
Example :
Perazzo12_R_pathophysio.pdf
will become
Perazzo12_WJHep_R_pathophysio.pdf
Thank you for the suggestion. Could you please file that as feature
request so that we don't forget about it?

Thank you in advance!
Cheers,
Oliver
