I think, the underscore is the problem. Do you use
\usepackge{hyperref} or \usepackage{url} in your template?
(\usepackage{microtype} is always a good idea, even if it does not help here :))
Does your BibTeX-Style support the URL field? If not, note={\url{...}}
might be a good idea :)
