I installed the JabRef application and when i try with function fetch citation
from Cite Seer i got following message " Could not connect to host
http://cs1.ist.psu.edu/ " . Also and with function Fetch cite seer by id i
have problem, but all format in web site are (ex.
http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/summary?doi=10.1.1.157.6945)
