Hi Mikael, It looks you're right. There seems to be a bug again. It'll help (to track) if you can open a bug report for this defect. We'll try to look at it asap.
Don't want to commit any changes quickly this time, because schemaTypesIdentical in XSTypeHelper is used by few other parts of Xerces code-base as well.
