and, I agree with you completely.

I feel that, I'm not the only one interested in Apache Xerces-J's next
release. Apache Xalan-J XSL 3's upcoming release (that many from Xalan
community wish), requires Xerces-J new release from its latest code on
Xerces-J's official code repos.

IMHO, I acknowledge that, making and distributing new Xerces-J and
Xalan-J releases, requires time and effort from relevant stakeholders
like you, and many other from Xerces and Xalan community.
