Michael Glavassevich resolved XERCESJ-1734.
-------------------------------------------
    Resolution: Invalid

The class and functionality that you are referring to does not exist in Apache
Xerces. You should be reporting such issues to Oracle since you're using their
fork and not the Apache version.

> Xerces does not correctly interpret negative jaxp processing limits as "NO
> LIMIT"

> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XERCESJ-1734
> Project: Xerces2-J
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: XML Schema API
> Affects Versions: 2.12.1
> Reporter: Spencer Stecko
> Priority: Minor
>
> According to the oracle documentation, many of the limits to jaxp processing
> settings can be set to zero or a number less than zero to indicate no limit:
>
> However, when I do this (with jdk.xml.maxOccurLimit), I get the following
> stack trace:
>
> {code:java}
> Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Current configuration of the parser
> doesn't allow the expansion of a content model for a complex type to contain
> more than -1 nodes.
