Creating this Jira issue to make our efforts visible for complying the Xerces
implementation to W3C XSD 1.1 test suite. Any efforts that are specific to W3C
XSD 1.1 test suite (which should not be created a separate Jira issue) can be
specified on this Jira issue.
Many of committers have contributed in one way or another, for our efforts to
comply to the XSD 1.1 test suite. I can recall that Khaled, Michael & Sandy
other than me have worked on this effort.

(we mainly focus on IBM and Saxon XSD 1.1 tests).
