I updated the build to produce the desired two presentation versions.
In general there is now two directories inside the "generated-slides" ...
"common" contains all the static stuff for the presentation which is shared.
Then there is a language/en and language/de for the english and german content
... this is then packed together to apache-zookeeper-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT-en and
apache-zookeeper-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT-de and zipped up to
apache-zookeeper-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT-en.war and
apache-zookeeper-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT-de.war
