Move scenario and UDF definitions into the corresponding EvalType mixin
classes, so that Time/Peakmem benchmark classes are zero-copy (just inherit via
pass). Also consolidate params/param_names into the mixin.
This reduces repetition and makes each eval type section self-contained.
