Copilot Agent / Jules could probably make short work of this. Basically, tell
it to replace "com.codahale.metrics" usages with OTEL equivalents.
Spot-checking this now; looks straight-forward. Plus MiniSolrCloudCluster
depends on io.dropwizard.metrics.jetty12.ee10.InstrumentedEE10Handler but it's
for an optional thing that can be removed instead of replaced.
