Closing as out of scope for the i18n EPIC. This sub-issue covers a function-by-function SQL/UDF reference area (Geometry/Geography, Flink, or Snowflake) where the source files are dominated by function signatures, parameter tables, return types, and code blocks. The English source is the canonical spec; translating the surrounding prose adds limited value compared to the maintenance overhead of keeping per-function reference pages in sync across two locales. The overview/concept pages and entry points were translated in #2947. Per-function reference pages remain English-only by design.
