Earlier I noticed that my PR wasn't linked to my issue
(https://github.com/apache/sedona/issues/2004) automatically, so I had to go
through and search for my PR separately. It seems like the [GH-XXX] header
doesn't link it for us.

If we can't, I instead propose we change the [PR
template](https://github.com/apache/sedona/blob/0cc15219df331cb7c36e35bde0f1babf053961e0/.github/pull_request_template.md)
to explicitly prompt the developer to link their issue in the description (e.g
`"closes #XXX"`). I actually like this idea either way because there would
still be no link to go from PR to issue quickly with just the [GH-XXX] header
in the PR.

   Small developer experience things
