- Bump ratis-thirdparty in Ratis to 1.0.12 after it is released (don't forget
ratis-bom).
- Bump shaded.grpc.version to 1.80.0 (RATIS-2457)
- Remove {{Opencensus}} from {{ratis-assembly/src/main/resources/LICENSE}}
(RATIS-2474)
- Remove commons-lang from {{ratis-assembly/src/main/resources/NOTICE}} and
{{ratis-resource-bundle/src/main/resources/META-INF/NOTICE.vm}} (RATIS-2445)
