I finally setup Polaris with [persistent-backend section on Helm Chart](https://github.com/apache/polaris/tree/main/helm/polaris#persistent-backend) on latest main ( d7f15a29fa1b6463087b5d275b8f9c82e1ef4b6b ) without `extraInitContainers` but run the bootstrap admin tool on host machine.
