We may also need to update the Spark Getting-Started example's Dockerfile to run the `regenerate.sh` https://github.com/apache/polaris/blob/1655dae3f962363503c24ff2b681b25f7f00a51f/getting-started/spark/notebooks/Dockerfile#L24-L30.
