I guess, this issue requires that we no longer use `HadoopFileIO` in Polaris. Sadly, other projects (IIRC Flink) also rely heavily on the Java security manager. Mean, there's technically no strict reason that we have to move to Java 25, but there are quite some interesting improvements in Java > 21 - Lilliput for example. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
