Review Comment:
This property is used to give the polaris service's `userArn` to polaris
users, so that users can modify the trust relationship of the IAM role to allow
polaris service to assume the role they provide.

Editing the trust relationship for an existing IAM role:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/directoryservice/latest/admin-guide/edit_trust.html

Storage config also has this property.
