The following files of the dev manual require a change in terms of the models
being referenced / used to demonstrate the use of OpenNLP:
* _opennlp-docs/src/docbkx/lemmatizer.xml_
* _opennlp-docs/src/docbkx/postagger.xml_
* _opennlp-docs/src/docbkx/sentdetect.xml_
* _opennlp-docs/src/docbkx/tokenizer.xml_
Aim:
* Adjust the entries of "en-...bin" according to the new model naming scheme,
as listed on the [https://opennlp.apache.org/models.html|http://example.com],
* Increase consistency of the dev manual
