Currently, the OpenNLP's Coref component lives in the sandbox without _any_
automated set of tests. Some example code is available, scattered around in
some main methods.
Aims:
* Introduce JUnit to this component - via pom.xml
* Convert some of the example code into a first, basic set of JUnit tests,
lifting the fog
