[~aarora] The URL is fixed in the latest version of the _main_ branch. However,
a release is required to roll out the latest OpenNLP artifacts and its
documentation (pages). I just checked the whole codebase for the old URL: 0
results.
Therefore, this issue is a duplicate of
[OPENNLP-1344|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENNLP-1344]. If you
agree, I will close it as duplicate of 1344. Wdyt?
