We should revert the change made on NIFI-15734 for Google Drive as expecting
the Google Cloud Platform scope is too wide and may not be applicate for some
users.
We should have a configurable approach so that users can use the Google Cloud
Platform scope in case they want to use Workload Identity Federation with
impersonation.
