Until we have a way forward with ASF Infra, we should skip the steps relying on
those actions to not completely skip the checks.
Update - the PR has been merged on ASF INRA side so updating to reference
anchor actions by sha
But we also have:
{code:java}
The action astral-sh/setup-uv@v5 is not allowed in apache/nifi {code}
Trying a workaround by installing uv using pip.
