You should clearly specify in issue title that you would expect logger level in
every line, especially in printed summary.
I would suggest close this because the PMC and committers would be lost, and
open improvement and open the same discussion in Maven mailing list.
The problem is that many bug tracking systems rely on our output without these
prefixes.
