but I need to download my artifact in a phase before package. the phase I want
to use this is initialize.
and Maven itself does it without any problems, but only when using the m2e
plugin ("Maven update project" in Eclipse instead of "run as Maven install")
the error that the downloaded artifact is invalid occurs
