Translation rule http://checkstyle.sourceforge.net/config_misc.html#Translation
is not really adapted to our usage (classical?) where default .properties file
is written in english, then english version is void: it means the rule reports
at least every key for this english translation
[l10n-maven-plugin|http://mojo.codehaus.org/l10n-maven-plugin/] is a better
option for that
